Tony Kaska has been with Midwest Heritage since 1992, when he started as a consumer lender. He now serves as our Chairman, President and CEO. As such, he is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of Midwest Heritage. He also strives to ensure that all of our leaders have the necessary tools and resources for their departments to be successful. 

Tony currently serves on the boards of Shazam Inc., Lucas County Development Corporation and Chariton Arts and Recreation. Previously, Tony has served on the boards of the Iowa Bankers Association, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council and Federal Home Loan Bank’s Member Advisory Council. 

Tony’s favorite thing about leading Midwest Heritage is watching our employees grow as individuals, and in turn, grow our company to better serve customers.
